California High School Softball - Soledad knocked off by Pacific Grove
April 20, 2022: Soledad, CA 93960 In Wednesday's league contest, the Pacific Grove Breakers (Pacific Grove, CA) softball team overwhelmed the host Soledad Aztecs (Soledad, CA), by a margin of 14-3.
With the triumph, Pacific Grove moves its record to 11-6 on the year. The Breakers travel to Stevenson (Pebble Beach, CA) to play the Pirates in a non-league contest on Thursday, April 21. The Pirates come into the contest with a record of 3-5. Stevenson lost 4-0 in their recent league contest against North Monterey County (Castroville, CA)
In their next game, the Aztecs play the Monte Vista Christian Mustangs (Watsonville, CA) in a PCAL - Cypress contest, on Tuesday, April 26. Soledad will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Mustangs come into the contest with a 3-15 record after their 6-4 non-league loss to Elliot Christian (Lodi, CA).
