Illinois High School Baseball - Elk Grove loses to Waubonsie Valley
April 20, 2024: Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Waubonsie Valley Warriors baseball team scored a nice 14-0 victory over the Elk Grove Grenadiers.
The Warriors (10-7) will now prepare for their game against DeKalb (DeKalb, IL). The Barbs go into the DuPage Valley game with a 13-6 record. In their last game, DeKalb was overwhelmed by West Aurora (Aurora, IL), 5-0, in a non-league game.
The Grenadiers (2-12) will now prepare for their game against Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL). The Knights go into the Mid-Suburban - East game with a 10-6 record. In their last game, Prospect overcame Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL), 4-0, in a non-league game.
