Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Berkeley Springs Indians (Berkeley Springs, WV) and the visiting Grafton Bearcats (Grafton, WV), witnessed Berkeley Springs's softball squad tip Grafton by a count of 6-4.

The Indians now sport a 8-16 record. They play next when they travel to Keyser for a Potomac Valley match on Tuesday, April 23. Berkeley Springs will face a Golden Tornado squad coming off a 8-5 non-league win over Hedgesville (Hedgesville, WV). The Golden Tornado record now stands at 15-7.

With the loss, Grafton moves to 9-8 on the season. The Bearcats host Lincoln (Shinnston, WV) to face the Cougars in a Big Ten match on Monday, April 22. The Cougars go into the match with a record of 4-10. Lincoln lost 12-2 in their recent non-league match against Washington (Charles Town, WV)
