April 20, 2024: Rockaway, NJ 07866 Morris Knolls Golden Eagles (Rockaway, NJ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Morris Hills Knights (Rockaway, NJ), 13-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 10-0 record. They take the field next when they host Randolph for a NJAC - American challenge on Tuesday, April 23. Morris Knolls will face a Rams squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Pope John XXIII (Sparta, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, Morris Hills falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Newton (Newton, NJ) to face the Braves in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 22. The Braves enter the challenge with a record of 4-3. Newton lost 8-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Ridgewood (Ridgewood, NJ)
