The crowd at Monday's league battle between the ALA - Gilbert North Eagles (Gilbert, AZ) and the host Combs Coyotes (San Tan Valley, AZ), saw ALA - Gilbert North's baseball team gain a win over Combs by a tally of 13-1.

The Eagles (18-6) will now prepare for their battle against Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ). The Lions enter the non-league battle with a 18-6 record. In their last battle, Alhambra prevailed over North (Phoenix, AZ), 16-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Coyotes face the Apache Junction Prospectors (Apache Junction, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 24. Combs will attempt to upgrade on its 6-15 season record. The Prospectors enter the battle with a 4-13 record after their 15-0 league loss to Valley Christian (Chandler, AZ).
