April 21, 2022: Eastpoint, FL 32322 Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Franklin County Seahawks (Eastpoint, FL) and the visiting Leon Lions (Tallahassee, FL), witnessed Franklin County's softball squad tip Leon by a count of 8-3.
The Seahawks now sport a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Chiles for a non-league match on Monday, April 25. Franklin County will face a Timberwolves squad coming off a 9-3 non-league win over Holmes County (Bonifay, FL). The Timberwolves record now stands at 13-4.
With the loss, Leon moves to 5-16 on the season. The Lions travel to Pace (Pace, FL) to face the Patriots in a non-league match on Saturday, April 23.
