The Pacific Ridge Firebird baseball team (Carlsbad, CA), was overwhelmed 11-5 in Friday's league outing with the host Foothills Christian Knights (El Cajon, CA)

The Knights now hold a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Liberty Charter for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 22. Foothills Christian will confront a Lions team coming off a 19-3 league win over Ocean View Christian (San Diego, CA). The Lions record now stands at 7-1.

Next, the Firebird confront the Army-Navy Warriors (Carlsbad, CA) in a Ocean outing, on Wednesday, April 26. Pacific Ridge will attempt to advance on its 6-7 season record.
