April 21, 2023: Frederick, MD 21701 The Frederick Cadets baseball team (Frederick, MD), was overwhelmed 10-0 in Friday's league outing with the host Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD)
The Lancers now hold a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they host Urbana for a CMC outing on Monday, April 24. Linganore will battle a Hawks squad coming off a 7-1 league win over North Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD). The Hawks record now stands at 9-2.
With the defeat, Frederick falls to 0-9 on the season. The Cadets host Governor Thomas Johnson (Frederick, MD) to battle the Patriots in a CMC test on Monday, April 24. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 8-3. Governor Thomas Johnson won 13-9 in their recent league test against North Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD)
