Massachusetts High School Softball - Academy of Notre Dame gets by Haverhill
April 21, 2023: Tyngsborough, MA 01879 The Academy of Notre Dame Lancers (Tyngsborough, MA) softball nipped the visiting Haverhill Hillies (Haverhill, MA), 2-1 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Lancers (5-3) will now prepare for their bout against Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School (Hathorne, MA). The Hawks go into the non-league bout with a 3-5 record. In their last bout, Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School was edged by North Andover (North Andover, MA), 5-1, in a non-league bout.
The Hillies now possess a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Tewksbury Memorial for a Merrimack Valley - Conf 2 bout on Monday, April 24. Haverhill will confront a Redmen squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Andover (Andover, MA). The Redmen record now stands at 5-2.
