Connecticut High School Softball - Avon loses to Windsor Locks
April 21, 2023: Avon, CT 06001 The Windsor Locks Raiders softball team scored 23 runs and limited the host Avon Falcons to 8 in the Raiders league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Windsor Locks improves its record to 2-5 on the year. The Raiders host Bolton (Bolton, CT) to clash with the Bulldogs in a North Central Connecticut game on Friday, April 28. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 4-4. Bolton won 13-7 in their recent league game against Stafford (Stafford Springs, CT)
In their next game, the Falcons clash with the Southington Blue Knights (Southington, CT) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 24. Avon will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Blue Knights come into the game with a 6-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over RHAM (Hebron, CT).
