Virginia High School Softball - Granby bounces Hickory
April 21, 2023: Norfolk, VA 23505 Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Granby Comets (Norfolk, VA) and the visiting Hickory Hawks (Chesapeake, VA), witnessed Granby's softball squad tip Hickory by a count of 15-10.
The Comets now sport a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Manor for a Eastern match on Friday, April 28.
With the loss, Hickory moves to 8-3 on the season. The Hawks travel to Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA) to face the Hornets in a Southeastern match on Wednesday, April 26. The Hornets go into the match with a record of 8-3.
