In Monday's league game, the visiting East Central Trojans baseball team scored a close 15-11 win over the Connersville Spartans.

The Trojans (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Connersville (Connersville, IN). The Spartans go into the Eastern Indiana game with a 7-5 record. In their last game, Connersville nudged Union County (Liberty, IN), 16-5, in a non-league game.
