April 21, 2025: Sallisaw, OK 74955 The Hilldale Hornets (Muskogee, OK) baseball trounced the host Sallisaw Black Diamonds (Sallisaw, OK), 9-3 in Monday's league challenge.
The Hornets now own a 22-2 record. They take the field next when they host Sallisaw for a 4A District 2 challenge on Tuesday, April 22. Hilldale will clash with a Black Diamonds team coming off a 9-3 league loss to Hilldale (Muskogee, OK). The Black Diamonds record now stands at 18-4.
With the defeat, Sallisaw drops to 18-4 on the year. The Black diamonds travel to Coyle (Coyle, OK) to clash with the Bluejackets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 22. The Bluejackets go into the challenge with a record of 4-13. Coyle lost 11-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Waynoka (Waynoka, OK)
