April 21, 2025: Tripoli, IA 50676 New Hampton Chickasaws (New Hampton, IA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Tripoli Panthers (Tripoli, IA), 9-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, New Hampton moves its record to 1-7 on the campaign. The Chickasaws travel to Decorah-North Winneshiek (Decorah, IA) to clash with the Vikings in a Northeast Iowa test on Tuesday, April 22. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 2-7. Decorah-North Winneshiek 1-1 in their recent non-league test against St. Ansgar (St. Ansgar, IA)
The Panthers now sport a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gladbrook-Reinbeck for a non-league test on Thursday, April 24. Tripoli will clash with a Rebels team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Hudson (Hudson, IA). The Rebels record now stands at 6-5.
