New Jersey High School Softball - Boonton bounces Academy of St. Elizabeth
April 21, 2025: Boonton, NJ 07005 The Boonton Bombers (Boonton, NJ) softball routed the visiting Academy of St. Elizabeth Panthers (Convent Station, NJ), 10-0 in Monday's league outing.
The Bombers now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dover for a NJAC - Independence outing on Wednesday, April 23. Boonton will encounter a Tigers team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Kittatinny Regional (Newton, NJ). The Tigers record now stands at 1-6.
With the loss, Academy of St. Elizabeth moves to 0-4 on the season. The Panthers host Sussex County Tech (Sparta, NJ) to meet the in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 22. The enter the challenge with a record of 6-5. Sussex County Tech lost 14-4 in their recent league challenge against Newton (Newton, NJ)
