The Prairie Ridge Wolves overwhelmed the host Central Rockets softball squad by a count of 9-1 in Monday's league challenge.

Next, the Wolves meet the Crystal Lake Central Tigers (Crystal Lake, IL) in a Fox Valley challenge, on Wednesday, April 23. Prairie Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 11-0 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 9-7 league win over McHenry (McHenry, IL).

The Rockets (7-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Hampshire (Hampshire, IL). The Whip-Purs go into the Fox Valley challenge with a 12-3 record. In their last challenge, Hampshire toppled Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL), 16-9, in a league challenge.
