The Ashe County Huskies (West Jefferson, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Starmount Rams (Boonville, NC), 13-5 in Tuesday's league challenge.

The Huskies now own a 10-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Caldwell for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 22. Ashe County will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 15-3 league loss to R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 3-17.
