In Tuesday's league game, the host Eaton Reds baseball team scored a close 9-2 victory over the Valley Vikings.

The Reds (12-2) will now prepare for their game against Platte Valley (Kersey, CO). The Broncos enter the 4A/3A/2A Patriot game with a 7-9 record. In their last game, Platte Valley held off Strasburg (Strasburg, CO), 11-0, in a league game.

Next, the Vikings face the Sterling Tigers (Sterling, CO) in a 4A/3A/2A Patriot game, on Thursday, April 23. Valley will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 8-5 record after their 14-4 league loss to University (Greeley, CO).
