The Trimble Tomcats the host Belpre Golden Eagles softball squad by a count of 9-6 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Tomcats meet the Nelsonville-York Buckeyes (Nelsonville, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 22. Trimble will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Buckeyes go into the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 19-7 league loss to Athens (The Plains, OH).
