Highland Hornets (Medina, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Aurora Greenmen (Aurora, OH), 5-2 in a league test.

With the win, Highland upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Hornets host Wadsworth (Wadsworth, OH) to battle the Grizzlies in a Suburban test on Saturday, April 23. The Grizzlies come into the test with a record of 5-3.

With the defeat, Aurora falls to 4-1 on the season. The Greenmen travel to Avon (Avon, OH) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, April 23. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 7-3. Avon won 10-0 in their recent league test against Olmsted Falls (Olmsted Falls, OH)
