Washington High School Baseball - Woodland loses to Columbia River
April 22, 2022: Vancouver, WA 98665 The Columbia River Rapids crushed the visiting Woodland Beavers baseball team by a count of 10-0 in Friday's league bout.
The Rapids now possess a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host Washougal for a 2A Greater St. Helens bout on Saturday, April 23. Columbia River will face a Panthers team coming off a 9-2 league win over R.A. Long (Longview, WA). The Panthers record now stands at 6-0.
Next, the Beavers face the Hockinson Hawks (Brush Prairie, WA) in a 2A Greater St. Helens bout, on Saturday, April 23. Woodland will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record. The Hawks enter the bout with a 3-5 record after their 9-7 league win over Fort Vancouver (Vancouver, WA).
