April 22, 2022: Roanoke, VA 24019 The Northside Vikings softball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Byrd Terriers to 4 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Northside improves its record to 5-6 on the year. The Vikings travel to Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA) to clash with the Eagles in a Blue Ridge game on Tuesday, April 26. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 4-6. Franklin County won 13-10 in their recent non-league game against Glenvar (Salem, VA)
In their next game, the Terriers clash with the Hidden Valley Titans (Roanoke, VA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 23. Byrd will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Titans come into the game with a 0-9 record after their 13-2 league loss to Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA).
