The Grossmont Foothillers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host San Marcos Knights to 1 in the Foothillers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Foothillers now have a 15-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Otay Ranch for a non-league game on Saturday, April 22. Grossmont will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Liberty Charter (Lemon Grove, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 30-7.

The Knights (18-9) will now prepare for their game against Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA). The Falcons enter the Coastal (NCC) game with a 28-5 record. In their last game, Torrey Pines nipped Westview (San Diego, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
