California High School Volleyball - Grossmont edged by Helix
April 14, 2023: El Cajon, CA 92021 The Helix Highlanders held off the host Grossmont Foothillers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league test.
The Highlanders now have a 23-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Carmel for a non-league test on Friday, April 14. Helix will confront a Sundevils team coming off a 3-0 league win over Ramona (Ramona, CA). The Sundevils record now stands at 9-16.
The Foothillers (9-4) will now prepare for their test against Bishop's (La Jolla, CA). The Knights enter the non-league test with a 15-5 record. In their last test, Bishop's held off San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
