Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Piedmont Classical Bobcats (Browns Summit, NC), 9-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Cardinals confront the Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC) in a Northwest Piedmont 1A challenge, on Thursday, April 25. Cornerstone Charter will attempt to better on its 11-2 season record. The Villains enter the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 1-0 league win over Triad Math and Science Academy (Greensboro, NC).

The Bobcats now have a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Triad Math and Science Academy for a Northwest Piedmont 1A challenge on Thursday, April 25.
