April 22, 2024: Goldsboro, NC 27530 The Hobbton Wildcats (Newton Grove, NC) soccer bounced the host Rosewood Eagles (Goldsboro, NC), 7-0 in Monday's league bout.
With the win, Hobbton moves its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Union (Rose Hill, NC) to battle the Spartans in a Carolina 1A bout on Tuesday, April 23. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Union won 5-0 in their recent non-league bout against Pender (Burgaw, NC)
In their next game, the Eagles battle the North Duplin Rebels (Calypso, NC) in a Carolina 1A bout, on Tuesday, April 23. Rosewood will attempt to move on its 1-14 season record.
