April 22, 2024: Pierz, MN 56364 St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders (St. Cloud, MN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Pierz Pioneers (Pierz, MN), 7-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Crusaders now own a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they host Fergus Falls for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 23. St. Cloud Cathedral will battle a Otters squad coming off a 7-5 league win over Alexandria (Alexandria, MN). The Otters record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Pierz falls to 5-1 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Foley (Foley, MN) to battle the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 23. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 1-3.
