April 22, 2024: McArthur, OH 45651 Wellston Golden Rockets (Wellston, OH) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Vinton County Vikings (McArthur, OH), 15-0 in a league game.
With the triumph, Wellston upgrades its record to 11-1 on the year. The Golden Rockets host Fairfield Union (Lancaster, OH) to play the Falcons in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 23. The Falcons enter the game with a record of 7-8. Fairfield Union lost 16-7 in their recent league game against Bloom-Carroll (Carroll, OH)
