The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Santa Clara Bruins (Santa Clara, CA) and the visiting Cupertino Pioneers (Cupertino, CA), saw Santa Clara's baseball team gain a win over Cupertino by a tally of 15-6.

The Bruins (16-3) will now prepare for their battle against Lynbrook (San Jose, CA). The Vikings enter the El Camino battle with a 4-14 record. In their last battle, Lynbrook was overwhelmed by Saratoga (Saratoga, CA), 18-3, in a league battle.

Next, the Pioneers face the Evergreen Valley Cougars (San Jose, CA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 24. Cupertino will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 8-10 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Monte Vista Christian (Watsonville, CA).
