In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Hopewell Valley Central Bulldogs baseball team scored a close 9-2 win over the Princeton Tigers.

The Bulldogs (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Nottingham (Hamilton, NJ). The Northstars go into the CVC - Valley game with a 5-5 record. In their last game, Nottingham was overwhelmed by Delran (Delran, NJ), 6-4, in a non-league game.

Next, the Tigers play the Hightstown Rams (Hightstown, NJ) in a CVC - Colonial game, on Thursday, April 24. Princeton will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record.
