Michigan High School Baseball - Norrix loses to Lakeshore
April 22, 2025: Kalamazoo, MI 49001 Lakeshore Lancers (Stevensville, MI) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Norrix Knights (Kalamazoo, MI), 9-0 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Lakeshore advances its record to 6-0 on the season. The Lancers host Mattawan (Mattawan, MI) to battle the Wildcats in a Southwestern Michigan - West match on Thursday, April 24. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 6-1. Mattawan won 5-4 in their recent league battle against Portage Central (Portage, MI)
Next, the Knights face the Lakeview Spartans (Battle Creek, MI) in a Southwestern Michigan - East battle, on Wednesday, April 23. Norrix will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 3-4 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to Traverse City Central (Traverse City, MI).
