The Milan Bulldogs baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Ripley Tigers to 1 in the Bulldogs league win on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now own a 11-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Henry County for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 23. Milan will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to Cookeville (Cookeville, TN). The Patriots record now stands at 19-9.

With the defeat, Ripley drops to 4-13 on the year. The Tigers host Lakeland Preparatory (Lakeland, TN) to clash with the Lions in a non-league test on Thursday, April 24. The Lions go into the test with a record of 19-2. Lakeland Preparatory won 15-0 in their recent league test against Memphis Business Academy (Memphis, TN)
