In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Winter Springs Bears volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Lyman Greyhounds.

The Bears (15-8) will now prepare for their challenge against University (Orlando, FL). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 6-15 record. In their last challenge, University edged Oviedo (Oviedo, FL), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Greyhounds play the Oviedo Lions (Oviedo, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 23. Lyman will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 11-13 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to University (Orlando, FL).
