In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting American Fork Cavemen lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-9 win over the Westlake Thunder.

The Cavemen (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lehi (Lehi, UT). The Pioneers enter the 6A Region 3 contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, Lehi was edged by Skyridge (Lehi, UT), 19-7, in a league contest.

Next, the Thunder meet the Lone Peak Knights (Highland, UT) in a 6A Region 3 contest, on Thursday, April 24. Westlake will attempt to better on its 0-13 season record. The Knights enter the contest with a 11-3 record after their 12-7 league win over Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT).
