Virginia High School Soccer - Abingdon knocks off Lee
April 22, 2025: Jonesville, VA 24263 In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Abingdon Falcons soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 win over the Lee Generals.
The Falcons (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Central Wise (Norton, VA). The Warriors enter the Mountain 7 outing with a 8-0 record. In their last outing, Central Wise ran past Gate City (Gate City, VA), 1-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Generals confront the Ridgeview Wolfpack (Clintwood, VA) in a Mountain 7 outing, on Friday, April 25. Lee will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Wolfpack enter the outing with a 1-8 record after their 9-1 non-league loss to Lebanon (Lebanon, VA).
