Maryland High School Lacrosse - Poolesville bounces Damascus
April 22, 2025: Poolesville, MD 20837 The Poolesville Falcons lacrosse squad scored 23 points and limited the visiting Damascus Hornets to 9 in the Falcons league triumph on Tuesday.
The Falcons now hold a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northwest for a Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A challenge on Saturday, April 26. Poolesville will clash with a Jaguars squad coming off a 10-7 league win over Rockville (Rockville, MD). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, Damascus falls to 6-3 on the year. The Hornets host Quince Orchard (Gaithersburg, MD) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 24. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 4-4. Quince Orchard won 16-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Wootton (Rockville, MD)
