In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Damascus Hornets lacrosse squad scored a good 17-7 win over the Rockville Rams.

The Hornets (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Sherwood (Sandy Spring, MD). The Warriors enter the Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Sherwood beat Blake (Silver Spring, MD), 15-5, in a non-league contest.
