The Brinkley Tigers baseball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Barton Bears to 12 in the Tigers non-league win on Wednesday.

The Tigers now own a 3-12 record. They take the field next when they host Blytheville for a non-league test on Thursday, April 23. Brinkley will clash with a Chickasaws team coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to Augusta (Augusta, AR). The Chickasaws record now stands at 0-7.
