Illinois High School Softball - Brimfield bounces Williamsville
April 23, 2022: Brimfield, IL 61517 The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Brimfield Indians (Brimfield, IL) and the visiting Williamsville Bullets (Williamsville, IL), saw Brimfield's softball squad nip Williamsville by a count of 7-0.
The Indians now sport a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Illini Bluffs for a Inter County match on Monday, April 25. Brimfield will face a Tigers squad coming off a 19-2 league win over Midwest Central/Illini Central (Manito, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 6-1.
With the loss, Williamsville falls to 7-9 on the campaign. The Bullets travel to Pontiac (Pontiac, IL) to face the Indians in a non-league match on Saturday, April 23. The Indians enter the match with a record of 10-4. Pontiac won 9-3 in their recent non-league match against East Moline United (East Moline, IL)
