Indiana High School Softball - Decatur Central loses to New Palestine

April 23, 2022: Indianapolis, IN 46221

The New Palestine Dragons softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Decatur Central Hawks to 6 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, New Palestine moves its record to 9-0 on the year. The Dragons travel to Seymour (Seymour, IN) to clash with the Owls in a non-league game on Saturday, April 23. The Owls come into the game with a record of 7-5. Seymour lost 10-0 in their recent non-league game against Silver Creek (Sellersburg, IN)

In their next game, the Hawks clash with the Plainfield Quakers (Plainfield, IN) in a Mid-State game, on Tuesday, April 26. Decatur Central will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Quakers come into the game with a 5-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Terre Haute South Vigo (Terre Haute, IN).
