Central Valley Warriors (Monaca, PA) followers left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host North Catholic Trojans (Cranberry Township, PA), 8-5 in a league match.

With the triumph, Central Valley moves its record to 7-7 on the season. The Warriors travel to Montour (McKees Rocks, PA) to battle the Spartans in a non-league match on Friday, April 25. The Spartans come into the match with a record of 8-6. Montour won 8-1 in their recent non-league match against Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA)

The Trojans now possess a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Armstrong for a non-league battle on Friday, April 25. North Catholic will face a River Hawks team coming off a 6-0 league loss to Franklin Regional (Murrysville, PA). The River Hawks record now stands at 6-9.
