Missouri High School Baseball - Clayton wallops Ritenour
April 23, 2025: Overland, MO 63114 The Clayton Greyhounds baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Ritenour Huskies to 1 in the Greyhounds non-league win on Wednesday.
The Greyhounds now hold a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they host St. Charles for a non-league test on Friday, April 25. Clayton will play a Pirates team coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Orchard Farm (St. Charles, MO). The Pirates record now stands at 8-9.
With the defeat, Ritenour drops to 1-11 on the year. The Huskies travel to Affton (St. Louis, MO) to play the Cougars in a non-league test on Thursday, April 24. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 5-8. Affton lost 9-5 in their recent non-league test against Mehlville (St. Louis, MO)
