With the triumph, Newcomers advances its record to 2-5 on the season. The Lions host Aviation (Long Island City, NY) to battle the Flyers in a non-league match on Friday, April 25. The Flyers come into the match with a record of 4-0.
The Golden Eagles now possess a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edison for a non-league contest on Monday, April 28. Springfield Gardens will confront a squad coming off a 9-3 non-league win over Jamaica (Jamaica, NY). The record now stands at 4-1.
