Virginia High School Lacrosse - Collegiate overwhelms Freeman
April 23, 2025: Richmond, VA 23229 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Collegiate Cougars lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-3 win over the Freeman Mavericks.
The Cougars (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA). The Rapids enter the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, James River Midlothian nipped Powhatan (Powhatan, VA), 15-3, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Mavericks meet the Godwin Eagles (Richmond, VA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, May 1. Freeman will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 5-5 record after their 8-4 non-league win over Patrick Henry (Ashland, VA).
