Illinois High School Softball - Marist bounces Joliet Catholic
April 23, 2025: Chicago, IL 60655 The Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL) softball routed the visiting Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers (Joliet, IL), 12-1 in Wednesday's league outing.
The RedHawks now sport a 15-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln-Way West for a non-league outing on Friday, April 25. Marist will encounter a Warriors team coming off a 5-3 league loss to Lockport (Lockport, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 13-6.
With the loss, Joliet Catholic moves to 8-7 on the season. The Hilltoppers host Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL) to encounter the Mighty Macs in a non-league outing on Friday, April 25. The Mighty Macs come into the outing with a record of 6-8.
