April 23, 2025: Roseburg, OR 97470 The Umpqua Valley Christian Monarchs triumphed over the visiting Yoncalla Eagles softball squad by a count of 26-4 in Wednesday's league challenge.
Next, the Monarchs meet the Oakland Oakers (Oakland, OR) in a 2A/1A-SD5 Special District 5 challenge, on Friday, April 25. Umpqua Valley Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Oakers enter the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 17-0 league win over Elkton (Elkton, OR).
The Eagles (1-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Lowell (Lowell, OR). The Devils enter the 2A/1A-SD5 Special District 5 challenge with a 5-7 record.
