The Marion Patriots baseball team scored 17 runs and held the host Covington Chargers to 12 in the Patriots non-league win on Thursday.

The Patriots now hold a 13-12 record. They take the field next when they host Dyer County for a non-league test on Friday, April 24. Marion will play a Choctaws team coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Chester County (Henderson, TN). The Choctaws record now stands at 21-8.
