Missouri High School Baseball - Jefferson City loses to Hickman
April 24, 2023: Columbia, MO 65203 The Hickman Kewpies crushed the visiting Jefferson City Jays baseball team by a count of 14-1 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Kewpies now possess a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Smith-Cotton for a non-league bout on Wednesday, April 26. Hickman will face a Tigers team coming off a 9-6 non-league loss to Marshall (Marshall, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 2-13.
Next, the Jays face the Lebanon Yellowjackets (Lebanon, MO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 25. Jefferson City will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the bout with a 9-7 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Neosho (Neosho, MO).
