West Virginia High School Baseball - Oak Hill loses to Shady Spring
April 24, 2023: Oak Hill, WV 25901 The Shady Spring Tigers crushed the host Oak Hill Red Devils baseball team by a count of 26-13 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 13-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenbrier East for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 25. Shady Spring will face a Spartans team coming off a 13-3 league loss to Jefferson (Shenandoah Junction, WV). The Spartans record now stands at 9-14.
Next, the Red Devils face the Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles (Beckley, WV) in a Coalfield AAA bout, on Tuesday, April 25. Oak Hill will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record. The Flying Eagles enter the bout with a 10-11 record after their 8-1 non-league win over PikeView (Princeton, WV).
