Missouri High School Softball - Gideon bounces Cooter
April 24, 2023: Cooter, MO 63839 The Gideon Bulldogs (Gideon, MO) softball routed the host Cooter Wildcats (Cooter, MO), 21-14 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs (3-5) will now prepare for their bout against Holcomb (Holcomb, MO). The Hornets go into the District 2 bout with a 16-4 record. In their last bout, Holcomb was routed by Dyersburg (Dyersburg, TN), 15-5, in a non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Caruthersville for a District 1 bout on Tuesday, April 25. Cooter will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 18-3 league loss to Malden (Malden, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 1-10.
